How does it work?
Once you have purchased your program I will email you personally to arrange your first appointment, send you health history and a client confidentially agreement. You will also be sent a personal discount code for use on the website.
Our first session will go over your health history and book your following 5 sessions. Each session will set between 3-5 goals for you to work on between sessions and you will be supported you with any additional resources needed to help you.
Weekday, evening and limited weekend appointments available.
